What was the problem?
Rosti Group was managing its operations on AX2009, a legacy ERP system that had reached the end of mainstream support from Microsoft in 2018, creating operational risks. This system had been implemented at different times across the organization without a standardized approach, leading to inefficient, costly operations and hindering the deployment of new digital services. With the need for a modernized, scalable platform that could unify processes and ensure business continuity, Rosti sought a solution to mitigate these risks and prepare for future growth.
What did they do about it?
Rosti Group selected Sprint365 as their exclusive partner to develop a comprehensive ERP modernization strategy. Together, they crafted a plan to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all sites, focusing on process standardization and scalability. Sprint365 used a best-practice template and incorporated specialized ISV solutions to enhance functionality. Tailored development addressed Rosti’s unique, customer-focused services, ensuring the system met all operational needs. Additionally, Sprint365 and Rosti prioritized building an internal team to foster in-house expertise and ownership of the ERP system, supporting long-term success.

Rosti is a global plastic injection molding company and contract manufacturer to some of the world’s leading manufacturers in the packaging, consumer appliances, business machines, home automation, medical and automotive sectors.
