People & Culture Manager (Maternity Cover)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

Who is Sprint365?

Sprint365 is not your typical ERP consultancy firm. We are a forward-thinking team dedicated to
reshaping the landscape of ERP implementations forever. While small companies already enjoy
streamlined and risk-free access to business systems and efficiency-driving modules, enterprise
companies continue to struggle with the same complexities as they did 30 years ago.
Despite billions invested in driving efficiency by tech giants, ERP projects remain plagued by
overspending, delays, and unmet promises. In Sprint365 we are on a mission to fix this paradox.
Join us in setting a new standard!

Your Role

For our Copenhagen office, we are on the lookout for someone to fill in as our People & Culture
Manager while our current P&C manager is on maternity leave. It is a unique opportunity to join our amazing team of Sprinters and take part in shaping people initiatives that will help us move from start-up to scale-up. If you are passionate about the People & Culture field and ready to jump into a great variety of tasks, you could be the perfect match!

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, giving test feedback (Predictive Index), and onboarding new Sprinters, primarily in Denmark and India.
  • Develop and implement frameworks for personal development, performance management, and salary reviews.
  • Provide coaching and support to the leadership team on various people-related matters.
  • Conduct engagement surveys and analyze data to drive improvements in employee satisfaction and well-being (we are soon launching GAIS).
  • Cultivate and promote our company culture and values throughout the organization.
  • Oversee legal matters related to employment contracts, policies, and compliance.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of a Sprinter handbook.
  • Help plan and facilitate our annual Global Sprint Event.
  • Collaborate with team members on various tasks and projects as needed in a start-up environment.
As you may have already guessed, you will play a pivotal role at all levels – strategic, tactical, and
operational. In a way, you will be a mix between a Head of People, a People Partner, and a People
Operations Specialist. To put it simply: you should not be afraid to get your hands dirty! With our
current team size (25 Sprinters), you will be the sole driver in the P&C domain, offering both
immense responsibility and significant autonomy. But don’t worry – you have an amazing team
behind you.

  • A relevant educational background – could be a degree in HRM, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Experience from one or more HR or People & Culture roles – enabling you with strong knowledge of recruitment, annual people processes, and P&C best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably fluent in both Danish and English.
  • Being a creative problem-solver with a proactive and hands-on approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment (priorities change all the time in a start-up).
  • Certification in The Predictive Index is a plus, but not a requirement.

You’ll thrive at Sprint365 if you

  • Love taking responsibility so much that ‘Responsibility’ could be your middle name.
  • Are a “value warrior” – Passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture and confidently stand up for the things you believe in.
  • Are a collaborative personality and don’t mind helping with stuff outside your expertise
  • Value honesty, respect, empowerment, and pioneer spirit – values we hold dearly.

The Team

Our team members, affectionately known as Sprinters, come from various corners of the world.
Although we are a small team, we are already represented in Denmark, Norway, Spain, India, and China. Despite our diverse backgrounds, we unite under a common aspiration: to dream big and continually push boundaries. Working alongside autonomous specialists and industry rebels, each Sprinter is highly skilled and dedicated. But even though we work hard, Sprinters truly care for each other, and we never forget the fun. So don’t expect to leave an internal meeting without having laughed at something together!

What We Offer

  • Flexibility that recognizes the importance of family and leisure time.
  • A platform for personal growth and development – e.g. an opportunity to develop towards a role as MS D365 HR Consultant.
  • A central location on Vesterbrogade in the middle of beautiful Copenhagen – with a canteen serving delicious lunch every day.
