Project Assistant (Student)

Are you ready to put theory into practice? Passionate about exploring the startup environment, large international projects and the consulting world all at once? Then this could be the opportunity for you.

Who is Sprint365?

We are a bunch of innovative and bold minds working to revolutionize the dusty ERP industry. We are the comet in an industry full of dinosaurs, if we do say so ourselves.

Sprint365 was founded in 2020 in rebellion against the time-consuming projects that characterize the ERP industry. We deliver the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, but we do it in a smarter way. Our solution is pre-configured, user-friendly and ready to go, unlike all other players who sell heavy marathon projects where everything must be built from scratch. Using our template-based methodology, we sprint through the implementation at our customers, creating faster business value for all parties. Win-win.

But ERP… what the hell is that?

Don’t be intimidated – IT is not as IT as you think. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an integrated financial system that connects a company’s key business processes, data, resources and departments. Think of it as a LEGO set: We sell the whole set, and we’ve even built over half of it in advance. If you can follow the manual and place a brick now and then, you’re all set!

Your role

As a Project Assistant, your main task is to make life easier for our project managers, consultants and product architects, while gaining practical experience on the project as well as the product side. Your tasks will therefore be wide-ranging:

  • Assist in content production: Produce content for our customers, like videos or other micro-learning contents (e.g. writing customer-facing support articles and help guides).

  • Assist in developing product methodologies: Help define our new Product & Methodology department by developing new tools and methods for implementing faster ERP solutions for our customers.

  • Assist with our Sprint Academy: Manage setup, maintenance and quality assurance of Sprint Academy (our customer-facing e-learning platform).

  • Assist on customer projects: Manage calendar coordination, task follow-up, project documents and maintain DevOps (our project management tool).

  • Work with automation and AI: Feed our new support chatbot with data or create Academy videos in different languages via AI.

You won’t be handling everything alone—you’ll join a small team of student assistants who collaborate and share tasks. This means you’ll have the chance to take on responsibilities and tailor the role to your strengths. We also don’t expect you to know everything from day one, our onboarding program will help you settle in and grow into the role. What matters most is your curiosity and willingness to learn!

Who you (might) be

We don’t expect you to come with 8 years of work experience and we don’t need to see your grades. But it’s definitely a plus if you can relate to some of the following:

  • You are studying a relevant program (e.g. related to project management, business, finance or IT)
  • You can work around 15 hours per week (with flexibility around exam periods)
  • You have a high level of English, both written and spoken
  • You have a flair for IT and know your way around the Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience in multimedia design, video production or graphic design is a plus, but not a requirement

That said, the job fits you best if…

  • You can work independently and structured with your tasks

  • You are systematic and ambitious to deliver a high-quality result on time

  • You are bold, innovative, and ask questions to your colleagues when in doubt

  • You are open to learning and developing

  • You have the courage to work in an international environment

The team

Our team, which we call Sprinters, comes from many different corners of the world. Even though we are a small team of 25, we are represented in Denmark, Norway, Spain, China and India.

Our diverse backgrounds and love for “quirky” profiles set us apart, but we all share big ambitions and a drive to win together. And while we work hard, we make sure to have fun—don’t expect to leave an internal meeting without a good laugh!

You’ll be working closely with our talented student assistants: Esben, Karen, Sofie, and Laura, each bringing their own unique skills and energy to the team to help ensure everything runs smoothly. They’re always ready to lend a hand – and bring a fresh perspective when you need it!
