Who is Sprint365?

Sprint365 is not your typical ERP consultancy firm. We are a forward-thinking team, dedicated to reshaping the landscape of ERP implementations, forever. While SMEs already enjoy streamlined and risk-free access to business systems and efficiency-driving modules, enterprise companies continue to struggle with the same complexities as they did 30 years ago.
Despite billions invested in driving efficiency by tech giants, ERP projects remain plagued by overspending, delays, and unmet promises. In Sprint365 we are on a mission to fix this paradox. Join us in setting a new standard!

Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead both customer and internal projects. Your primary role will be steering ERP projects to success, ensuring they meet client goals while nurturing positive stakeholder relationships. Additionally, you will run internal projects focused on innovating our products and services. And who knows? There might be other thrilling opportunities awaiting you in our fast-paced start-up environment.

1. Project Planning and Execution:
  • Lead the end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring adherence to budget and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to achieve project objectives within defined timelines.

2. Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and transparency.
3. Change Management:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during ERP system implementations.
  • Identify potential risks and barriers to change, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruption and maximize user adoption.
4. International Project Management:
  • Navigate the complexities of international projects, including cultural nuances, regulatory requirements, and logistical considerations.
  • Coordinate with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different time zones.
5. Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage administrative tasks related to project execution, including time registration approval (TimeLog) to ensure accurate invoicing of customers.
  • Oversee project finances, tracking expenses, and resource utilization to maintain project profitability and budget compliance.
6. Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Leverage feedback and lessons learned to refine project delivery practices and enhance overall efficiency.

  • PRINCE2 certification or similar project management education
  • Proven experience in project management – ideally from the IT industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies
  • Experience working with international teams and managing cross-cultural dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a high proficiency in English
  • Business acumen and the ability to quickly understand our customers’ businesses

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a consulting role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics D365 FO
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps

You’ll thrive at Sprint365 if you

  • Excel at structured work and can establish structure when it does not exist
  • Love taking responsibility so much that ‘Responsibility’ could be your middle name
  • Are passionate about delving into new technology and quickly understanding new systems
  • Are innovative and open-minded with a touch of “laziness” – always striving to work smarter, not harder
  • Are a collaborative personality, eager to work based on collective responsibilities, objectives, and deliverables of the team – and don’t mind helping with stuff outside your immediate expertise area
  • Value honesty, respect, empowerment, and pioneer spirit – values we hold dearly
