Rosti Group implements D365 on 8 locations using a template
SITUATION (what was the problem?)
Rosti Group had several different ERP systems around the world (Dynamics AX, IFS etc.), most of which had been tailored to the company. Furthermore, the systems existed in different versions, and several of them were getting close to “end of life”.
Local charts of accounts and cost structures appeared, as well as a myriad of local/personal Excel sheets and BI applications. It was almost impossible to achieve transparency in the business.
The management came to the conclusion that there was a need for a dramatic modernization and standardization of business processes and systems. A line had to be drawn in the sand.
SOLUTION (what did they do about it?)
They wanted new thinking in the ERP area and they didn’t want a new, complex solution with many special adjustments. Instead, they chose the template-based approach from Sprint365, which gave Rosti Group a finished and ready-to-run concept, based on standards.
It was important that the solution could be easily rolled out in the individual countries, and that the system could be continuously updated, so that you could ensure that you did not fall behind again.
