Sprint365 opens in Hyderabad, India

Only 2 years after the foundation of Sprint365, the time has come to establish an office in beautiful Hyderabad, in the southern part of India.
With 6 local people currently on the team (and more to join soon), it makes sense to have a physical office, right in the center of the tech city.
Steen Hybschmann, CEO of Sprint365, states: “When it comes to recruiting for growth, India with it’s wast community of very skilled senior Dynamics consultants, is a corner stone in our strategy. Although we still continue to support “work from anywhere culture” it is important for us to have the physical space to meet up and collaborate when needed. Furthermore having the new office and our fully owned local subsidiary should have a positive impact on our ability to attract the right talent.

To be able to join Sprint365 and work from home from day one, has on one hand been a privilige, but also to some extent a restraint, local consultant Sagar Suman, says”.
“However you have to remember that Sprint365 was founded during the Pandemic, so we had to play the cards that were available. And in the beginning it simply made zero sense to get a real office, when everything was shot down anyways. Today things are “back to normal”, and we are truly excited about getting into an office every day and to be able to collaborate and socialize with our teammates”.

“Don’t get me wrong, it is nice to be with your family every day and have lunch in your own kitchen, but sooner or later you start feeling the urge to get out, get inspired and meet other people. And some of my teammates I have only seen on Teams call, never in real life”.
Founding partner, Jakob, wraps it up: “From day one we have had a dream of gathering a team of champions, no matter where in the world they were coming from and no matter where they lived.”
The other founding partner, Janek, follows up: “Yes, one of the absolute most important assets we have in Sprint365 are the people on the team.
